What This Blog Is About...

I have always wanted to preach. Ever since Jesus called my name in 1997, I wanted to follow Him and tell as many people about Him as possible. Lately, God has been speaking to my heart about preaching on a BLOG. I want to serve The Risen Lord Jesus with all my heart. I fully and totally dedicate this BLOG to Jesus Christ-my Lord and Savior. I ask Him to give me the messages that He wants out on the internet. I hope and pray that somebody out there finds encouragement, peace, joy, or even better-Jesus! I surrender this ministry to YOU, Lord Jesus!!! May this be used for YOUR glory! AMEN!!!\O/

My Testimony!

I was born a sinner-just like everyone else.  I grew up in a family that was part secular Jewish, and part atheist.  The only God I ever knew of (not-"knew") was the God of The Old Testament.  I made my  Bar-Mitzva at age 13, so I had to learn my Torah verses.  I learned them in Hebrew, and really did not have any understanding of what I was reciting.  I did manage to learn a little of the OT in Hebrew School.

As I got older, the world got a hold on me.  I became disillusioned with they way things were.  I went on to go to college, where I partied hard all the time.  I basically lived out the movie-"Animal House" for 4 years.

In the 80's I met the only woman I have truly ever loved-Jenny, and I married her.  I believe that this union was ordained by God, although I did not know it then. We moved to Park Slope Brooklyn, where we lived for a few years before moving out to Bay Shore NY.  In the 90's God blessed me with my two daughters-Amanda and Elyssa.  In November 1997, The Lord Jesus called me-the 4th member of my family into His kingdom.  I was tired of running away from God, and could no longer resist His Voice.  I yearned for forgiveness of my sins, and eternal assurance in my walk.  On that date, I felt the weight of my sins come off me as if somebody had lifted a truck parked on my chest with a crane.  I have NEVER looked back since that day.

Today-everything I am, everything I have, and everything that I want is in the Hand of the One who saved me-The Lord Jesus Christ.  I love Him.  I serve Him.  I worship Him, and I surrender ALL to Him!
